They do have bingo, and they are close to Florida Baptist, so they have a lot of church groups. They have a lot of things going on, you just have to do them. The really cool thing, from my point of view, because I am a big animal lover, is they do have pets, and my mom has two cats. We chose The Estates because of the value for the money. The room sizes here are really good, the memory care rooms are private. L I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

Florida Baptist was nice, well kept, and extremely well operated. I did not see any patients or residents wandering around in wheelchairs on their own. The staff was very nice and very forthcoming. We are paid by our participating communities, therefore our service is offered at no charge to families. This community can care for residents with bowel incontinence. This community can care for residents with bladder incontinence.

Florida Baptist Retirement Center is awesome. It works really, really well for my mom. They have some activities going on, but my mom isn’t really into that. Its little concrete block of independent living units are very comfortable, very sweet.
The staff member are friendly, helpful and professional. The meals and dining are great our loved one is enjoying that. The activities are limited, but that is okay we appreciate they are still taking the residents safety as top priority. The value for cost is great, you definitely get what you pay for. Say you are working in a multination company or your business / work requires you to work a different geographical location other than you home town. If you are unable OR are helpless to give company to your parents round the clock and worry their health, security and feeling of loneliness etc than what is the easy solution around ?

The person who showed me around was very knowledgeable. The covid pandemic has really slowed down the activities and the visitation for families is very limited. It's very peaceful, very well kept and very respectful. The rooms are huge compared to some of the places I've seen. The prices are very good for their services and everything. They offer independent, assisted, and then nursing, plus a convalescent living, so they really have a lot to offer on a 23-acre land. Hidden Lakes Senior Living Community was an older place, and it had a very small assisted living area. We sat in the conference room with a very well-educated person who had dementia experience.
